I’ve been on a quest for the past 10 years to learn as much as possible about natural, holistic ways to heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically after having my own health issues arise. I noticed that no matter how healthy I ate or how much I exercised I always felt "heavy" inside. My world was blown open and became so much lighter the first time I received a Virtual Reiki Session (also known as Holy Fire® 3 Reiki or Distant Reiki). 

 As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to both educate and heal my patients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.
